Firstly, Happy Christmas to everyone I know!
Like me, you will all be frustrated by my still being in prison five months after the New Yorker Magazine was published, further proving the fact that someone rang 999 at 6:09am. This call was from inside White House Farm, when I was outside with thirty something police officers. This is as good an alibi as anyone could possibly have!
It is incredible that the Criminal Cases Review Commission, (CCRC) have still not acted upon the material in the New Yorker article or any of our ten grounds of appeal.
The demo outside the CCRC’s offices was really well attended and a special thanks to everyone who came to support the cause. It gave me and others like me a real lift.
It has been frustrating that I’ve not been allowed to publish our grounds of appeal but legally we have to follow the rules, for now.
Come the new year we will be doing lots of things to keep the pressure on Essex Police and the CCRC to act. There will be online and in person events to attend if you want to join the cause. It all helps. Thank you for all of your help and support.
Have a Happy New Year everyone!
Jeremy
